Warranty

At Sarah Claire Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty coverage in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Warranty for Custom Orders

Custom-made jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper care, loss or damage caused by circumstances outside the normal use of the jewellery.

To help maintain the condition and safety of your jewellery, we recommend that custom-made pieces receive an annual safety inspection and professional cleaning service from Sarah Claire Jewels.

If an item is determined to have a manufacturing fault covered by the warranty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, subject to assessment.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims where examination indicates that the item has been intentionally or accidentally damaged, misused, neglected or improperly maintained.

Warranty coverage may also be affected where jewellery has been modified, repaired, resized or otherwise worked on by another jeweller or third party.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the price paid, together with a description of the issue.

Written warranty enquiries can be submitted by email to:

info@sarahclairejewels.com

Once your item has been received and assessed, Sarah Claire Jewels will determine whether the issue is covered under the applicable warranty. Where a warranty claim is accepted, we may, subject to the circumstances, repair or replace the defective item or component.

Custom Order Collection

All custom orders must be paid for and collected within 3 months of the order being placed, unless otherwise agreed with Sarah Claire Jewels in writing.

Warranty for Online Store Orders

Online store orders are covered by a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper care, loss or damage caused by circumstances outside the normal use of the jewellery.

If an item is determined to be faulty and the issue is covered under the warranty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or other remedy, subject to assessment and applicable consumer rights.
